一、下載需要的安裝包

下載有兩種方法：

1、下載到本地，通過掛載安裝：

主下載頁面：http://docs.cacti.net/

php-weathermap-0.97a.zip

settings-v0.71-1.tgz

thold-0.4.1.tar.gz

monitor-v1.3-1.tgz

2、直接在centos裡面通過wget命令下載安裝：

wget http://docs.cacti.net/plugin:settings/settings-v0.71-1.tar.gz

wget http://www.network-weathermap.com/files/php-weathermap-0.97a.zip

wget  http://docs.cacti.net/plugin:monitor/monitor-v1.3-1.tgz

兩種方法都可以正常運行，根據個人愛好，下面以wget下載為例來安裝。

二、安裝外掛程式

友情提示：安裝settings與thold外掛程式時，先安裝settings外掛程式，後安裝thold外掛程式。因為settings外掛程式提供email的相關設定，後期通過對setting的設定來發送郵件。

1、進入cacti目錄下，下載所需安裝包

[[email protected] cacti]# cd /usr/share/cacti/

[[email protected] cacti]#  wget  http://docs.cacti.net/plugin:monitor/monitor-v1.3-1.tgz

[[email protected] cacti]#  wget http://docs.cacti.net/plugin:settings/settings-v0.71-1.tar.gz

[[email protected] cacti]#  wget http://www.network-weathermap.com/files/php-weathermap-0.97a.zip

2、解壓安裝包，將解壓檔案移動到cacti/plugins/目錄下

[[email protected] cacti]# tar zxvf settings-v0.71-1.tar.gz

[[email protected] cacti]# mv settin~1.tgz /usr/share/cacti/

[[email protected] cacti]#  tar zxvf thold-0.4.1.tar.gz
[[email protected] cacti]# mv thold /usr/share/cacti/plugins/

[[email protected] cacti]# unzip php-weathermap-0.97a.zip

[[email protected] cacti]# mv weathermap /usr/share/cacti/plugins/

[[email protected] cacti]# cd plugins/
[[email protected] plugins]# ls
index.php  monitor  settings  simple.conf  thold  weathermap

3、配置settings與thold，修改設定檔：

[[email protected] /]# vi /usr/share/cacti/include/config.php

$database_username = "cactiuser";
$database_password = "321321";
$database_port = "3306";
$database_ssl = false;

/*load up  old style plugins here */

$plugins = array();

$plugins[] = ‘settings‘; 

//$plugins[] = ‘thold‘;安裝setting時先將thold注釋掉
$plugins[] = ‘weathermap‘;
/*
   Edit this to point to the default URL of your Cacti install
   ex: if your cacti install as at http://serverip/cacti/ this
   would be set to /cacti/
*/
//$url_path = "/cacti/";

/* Default session name - Session name must contain alpha characters */
//$cacti_session_name = "Cacti";

4、然後進入cacti的Plugin Management上的頁面，Thold前面有個藍色向下的箭頭，將滑鼠放在上面會出現手形狀，單擊

點擊綠色箭頭使能（enbale）,變成一個矩形框了，你會發現圖中的"Status”變為“active”。

然後修改include/config.php檔案，將其注釋，然後在web頁裡進行安裝，參照第3步。

5、配置monitor

cacti新版本無需進行如下設定檔設定，老版本可能需要（舊版本還需要匯入各自的sql檔案）：

啟用monitor外掛程式，修改cacti設定檔（cacti目錄下的include/config.php）。在配置中

     $plugins = array();，在此行下面加入：
     $plugins[] = ‘monitor‘;
     $plugins[] = ‘settings‘;
     $plugins[] = ‘thold‘;

然後進入cacti的Plugin Management上的頁面，monitor前面有個藍色向下的箭頭，將滑鼠放在上面會出現手形狀，安裝啟用，如：

到這外掛程式就安裝完畢了，下來就是具體的操作了，都比較簡單，這裡就不詳細說了。
