MySQL - Found option without preceding group in config file

1.1.1 現象

啟動MYSQL逾時，windows提示錯誤，在服務中MYSQL狀態一直處於starting狀態，執行MYSQL命令，出現如下錯誤資訊：

error:found option without preceding group in config file:E:\webserver\mysql5\my.ini at line :1

fatal error in defaults handling .program aborted.

1.1.2 原因

設定檔My.ini的儲存格式不正確，導致存在異常字元。我的機器作業系統是英文win7，My.ini儲存為UTF-8格式，新增加了一個參數，檔案儲存後就出現這個情況了。

1.1.3 解決

將My.ini檔案另存新檔ANSI格式，MySQL服務啟動時就可以正確識別了。
