1、停止mysql服務

service mysql stop

2、啟動mysql時不啟動授權表，跳過許可權驗證使用空密碼登陸

mysqld_safe --skip-grant-tables &

3、登陸mysql

mysql -uroot -p

4、設定mysql的root使用者密碼為123456

update mysql.user set password=password("123456") where user="root";

5、強制mysql重新載入許可權

flush privileges;

6、退出及重啟mysql

exitservice mysql restart

7、登陸mysql

mysql -uroot -p123456

8、重設root密碼 

此時執行任何mysql命令會報如下錯誤 ERROR 1820 (HY000): You must SET PASSWORD before executing this statement

set password=password(‘123456‘);
