基本步驟是 1.from 2.join on 3.where 4.group by 5.having 6.order by 7.select 8.distinct ,sum,... 9.limit  join table 一定要有索引不然就是笛卡爾積了。inner join 的特別正確來講 mysql 會先base on where 的過濾條件選出最好的table join table 方式 。 那麼它是會先過濾掉 where 才開始join 的for 1st table .不過我們通常是用 straight join 來控制它，以免我們不知道最後會是那個表被join出來 . having 是過濾掉 group by 之後的rows , 這時候的過濾可以使用count sum 那些，在where時候是不能使用的。
