C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.5\bin>mysqld --skip-grant-tables

你會看到視窗游標在下一行的第一個位置閃爍，這說明已經啟動了，不需要管。

建立一個命令列視窗同樣進入到e:\mysql5.5\bin目錄，啟動mysql

　　1.dos命令列視窗 進入e:\mysql5.5\bin ,停止mysql 服務

　　e:\mysql5.5\bin>net stop mysql

　　注意:看看那工作管理員中是否有mysqld.exe進程，如有，kill them all.

　　2. 以不檢查許可權的方式啟動mysql

　　e:\mysql5.5\bin>mysqld.exe --skip-grant-tables

　　你會看到視窗游標在下一行的第一個位置閃爍，這說明已經啟動了，不需要管。

　　3. 建立一個命令列視窗同樣進入到e:\mysql5.5\bin目錄，啟動mysql

　　e:\mysql5.5\bin>mysql

　　4. 修改root密碼

mysql>use mysql　　mysql>update user set password=PASSWORD('new_password') where user='root';　　mysql>flush privileges;　　mysql>quit

　　5. 看看那工作管理員中是否有mysqld.exe進程，如有，kill them all.
