ogg在oracle database 11.2.0.3上還是謹慎使用整合捕捉模式

原因：
OGG Integrated Extract abend with ORA-01341: LogMiner out-of-memory (文檔 ID 1640076.1)

SYMPTOMS

 

The integrated extract abend with the following error
ERROR OGG-02077 Extract encountered a read error in the asyncronous reader thread and is abending: Error code 1341, error message: ORA-01341: LogMiner out-of-memory.

CAUSE

The problem is often encountered after the database was upgraded to 11.2.0.3. 

The issue is due to database bug 16747736

SOLUTION

 

No workarounds available
Increasing the max_sga_size to a high value will delay the time of getting hit with the issue but won‘t totally fix it.

The database bug fix is included in the 11.2.0.4 database patch set.
Please reach RDBMS team in case if you want to get a one off for 11.2.0.3 db version.
