要解決此問題，按以下步驟操作即可
1． 進入控制台，選擇系統表徵圖進入【起動和故障恢複】介面
2． 點擊【編輯】，彈出boot記事本
3． 將其中noexecute =optin 改寫成execute=optin。存檔。
4． 退出【起動和故障恢複】操作。
5． 重啟電腦。
