GCDiscreetNotificationView 類庫作用是: 在不阻止使用者與裝置應用程式互動情況下，作為一個通知視圖來顯示一個當前的狀態。

我們常用的通知可能是一個UIAlertView的警告，提示當前網路未串連，這樣就強制使用者必須做出選擇，被強制的肯定會不爽。這是GCDiscreetNotificationView類庫相比較的一個優點；
