OpenPose VideoCapture (video) could not be opened for path: 'examples/media/video.avi'.

好不容易安裝完OpenPose，運行一下demo，發現出現以下問題：

Starting pose estimation demo.
Unable to stop the stream: Inappropriate ioctl for device
terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::runtime_error'
what():
Error:
VideoCapture (video) could not be opened for path: 'examples/media/video.avi'.

是不是很崩潰。沒關係，重新編譯安裝一下OpenCV就好了。

在官方github的issue中，作者提到可能是OpenCV的問題。果然重新編譯一下就好了，估計是cuda的問題。
