ORA-10997: another startup/shutdown operation of this instance in progress解決方案

    今晚想學習一下oracle，開庫：

        SQL> startup
        ORA-10997: another startup/shutdown operation of this instance inprogress
        ORA-09967: unable to create or open lock file

        Linux Error: 13: Permission denied

    百度、Google了好久，網上的方法試了很多，都打水漂了，就差重新dbca。

    然、天無絕人之路，終於在OTN上看到了一種方法：

    root@think-V30SA:~# chown -R oracle:dba /u01/app/oracle/

    我艸，終於成功了，罪魁禍首原來是許可權搞得。唉.....
