Oracle 11g 建表 表名大小寫問題

給表格加註釋後查詢這條注釋時出現問題：

給表加註釋

comment on table emp is ‘employee table‘;

查詢注釋
select COMMENTS from user_tab_comments where table_name=‘emp‘;

 

結果：

未選定行

改動語句：

select COMMENTS from user_tab_comments where table_name=‘EMP‘;

查詢出結果。

原因：

用create建立表格，在字典表中 表格名稱預設為大寫，所以用字典表查詢的時候要查大寫的表名。

如果要建立小寫表名，用” “。
