oracle client安裝（window版本）

頁面最後面的安裝說明：

Installation Steps:

1. Download the appropriate Instant Client
packages for your platform. All installations REQUIRE the
Basic package.

2. Unzip the packages into a single directory such as "instantclient".

3. Set the library loading path in your
environment to the directory in Step 2 ("instantclient").
On many UNIX platforms, LD_LIBRARY_PATH is the
appropriate environment variable. On Windows, PATH should
be used.

4. Start your application and enjoy.

安裝完成後，在安裝目錄下建立目錄network/admin,並把tnsnames.ora複製到admin目錄。

安裝plsqldev801.exe

運行plsqldev，提示NLS_LANG is not defined on the client,Character set conversion may cause unexpected results

結果真的中文亂碼了。

解決方案：

1，修改註冊表：如果OS版本為32位，則要修改：找到ORACLEKEY_OraClient11g_homexx，右鍵建立“字串值(S)”項為“NLS_LANG”，值為“SIMPLIFIED CHINESE_CHINA.ZHS16GBK。（我沒有用這個）;

2，設定系統內容變數NLS_LANG=SIMPLIFIED CHINESE_CHINA.ZHS16GBK
