第一步（串連到oracle）：

在dos介面（下面都是在dos介面操作）輸入：sqlplus sang/12345（這裡使用者名稱和密碼隨便寫）@orcl as sysdba

第二步（建立使用者並授權）：

create user user1(使用者名稱) identified by 123456(密碼) default tablespace p_m temporary tablespace p_m_temp;

grant connet to user1;
grant dba to user1;
conn user1/[email protected]/orcl

第三步（軟體上面串連）

串連名：隨便寫
使用者名稱：user1
口令：123456
主機名稱：locathost(預設)
連接埠：1521(預設)
sid：orcl(即上面的@)

完成以上步驟後，就可以在dos介面上操作了！
dos介面使用者登入：sqlplus user1/[email protected] as sysdba
