最近犯渾腦子一不清醒就把oracle中表的資料給清掉了。

1、先把現在擁有的資料先備份好，備份是個好習慣，記著每次操作資料庫一定要有備份。

2、select * from  表名  as of timestamp to_Date(‘想恢複到的時間點‘, ‘時間格式‘);

3、清掉當前表中的資料，記得先備份好！！！

4、 insert into 表名 select * from 表名  as of timestamp to_Date(‘2015-05-05 18:10:00‘, ‘yyyy-mm-dd hh24:mi:ss‘);

其實在操作資料前，時時刻刻記住備份，就不會有這種問題了，記住喔，備份。
