1、選擇的資料庫目錄

　　*\product\10.1.0\oradata\目錄下（*表示oracle的安裝目錄）

2、建立資料表空間

　　格式:  create tablespace 表間名 datafile ‘資料檔案名‘ size 資料表空間大小;、

 　　SQL> create tablespace  資料庫名 datafile ‘F:\oracle\product\10.1.0\oradata\news\database.dbf‘ size 500M;

3、建立使用者

　　格式:  create user  使用者名稱 identified by 密碼  default tablespace 資料表空間表;

　　SQL> create user 使用者 identified by 密碼 default tablespace 資料表空間;

4、使用者授權

　　SQL> grant connect,resource to 使用者;  --表示把 connect,resource許可權授予news使用者

　　SQL> grant dba to news;  --表示把 dba許可權授予給news使用者
