Oracle 開始也把資料庫服務作為PaaS 服務，好吧 Oracle 叫做 DBaaS，資料庫服務

這個應該等同於 微軟的IaaS 的 SQL Server 服務全功能的Oracle 資料庫，在globe版本中 Azure 也提供的類似的服務。現在不知道的兩者之間的差異。Virtual Image Dedicated virtual machine for running an Oracle Database instance - Choose either Oracle Database 11g or 12c

不需要專業DBA 的配置，其實APEX 這個組建很多時間，Oracle APEX大家加入有裝過Oracle Express的免費版就可以知道了

這個應該等同於 微軟的PaaS 的 SQL Database（以前叫做SQL Azure，現在官方是成為Azure SQL Database） 服務 各大雲端運算廠商計費都挺複雜，所以大家最好的方式還是直接問供應商。

目前來說沒有免費的測試帳號，所以沒有實際測試。根據某些測試同學反饋，從註冊完成到下發資源 快的話需要一天時間，慢的話需要一周時間。

官方說是2天工作日，具體哪個時區不是很清晰。
