建立資料表空間：create tablespace PDB_VIDEOS_PACE datafile ‘F:/ORACLE/app/oradata/orcl/PDB_VIDEOS_PACE.dbf‘ size 200M autoextend on next 5M maxsize 3000M;

建立使用者並賦值預設資料表空間：create user jsby identified by jsby default tablespace PDB_VIDEOS_PACE;

賦予使用者對應許可權：grant update any table to jsby;   grant select any table to jsby;   grant create any view to jsby;   grant create any sequence to jsby;   grant create any table to jsby;   grant delete any table to jsby;
