Partition 操作是否和 Controlfile有關？

通過實驗來判斷：

對比 Partition 前後的操作，看看controlfile 的dump 資訊中是否有記錄，
結果發現沒有記錄在 controlfile 中的資訊。

#### Testcase-0810-1
