故障現象：

[[email protected] /]#crsctl check crs
Failure 1 contacting CSS daemon
Cannot communicate with CRS
EVM appears healthy

[[email protected] /]#ocrcheck
PROT-602: Failed to retrieve data from the cluster registry

----OCR disk被使用者誤刪除 ！

解決方案：

通過ocrconfig工具恢複：

[[email protected] /]#ocrconfig
Name:
        ocrconfig - Configuration tool for Oracle Cluster Registry.
Synopsis:
        ocrconfig [option]
        option:
                -export <filename> [-s online]
                                                    - Export cluster register contents to a file
                -import <filename>                  - Import cluster registry contents from a file
                -upgrade [<user> [<group>]]
                                                    - Upgrade cluster registry from previous version
                -downgrade [-version <version string>]
                                                    - Downgrade cluster registry to the specified version
                -backuploc <dirname>                - Configure periodic backup location
                -showbackup                         - Show backup information
                -restore <filename>                 - Restore from physical backup
                -replace ocr|ocrmirror [<filename>] - Add/replace/remove a OCR device/file
                -overwrite                          - Overwrite OCR configuration on disk
                -repair ocr|ocrmirror <filename>    - Repair local OCR configuration
                -help                               - Print out this help information
Note:
        A log file will be created in
        $ORACLE_HOME/log/<hostname>/client/ocrconfig_<pid>.log. Please ensure
        you have file creation privileges in the above directory before
        running this tool.

1) 通過repair修複
[[email protected] /]#ocrconfig -repair ocr
[[email protected] /]#ocrcheck
PROT-601: Failed to initialize ocrcheck

查看ocr裝置檔案：

[[email protected] /]#ls -l /dev |grep ocr
brw-rw----    1 oracle   dba         123,  1 Feb 24 14:54 rac_ocr
brw-rw----    1 root     system      123, 20 Feb 25 12:01 rac_ocr2
crw-r-----    1 root     dba         123,  1 Feb 25 12:16 rrac_ocr

crw-rw----    1 oracle   dba         123, 20 Feb 25 12:16 rrac_ocr2

[[email protected] /]#ocrconfig -repair ocr /dev/rrac_ocr
[[email protected] /]#ocrcheck
PROT-601: Failed to initialize ocrcheck

[[email protected] /]#ocrconfig -replace ocr /dev/rrac_ocr
PROT-1: Failed to initialize ocrconfig

2）通過ocr備份修複：
[[email protected] /]#ocrconfig -showbackup

查看備份資料：
[[email protected] /]#cd /u01/crs_1/cdata/crs
[[email protected] crs]#ls
backup00.ocr  day.ocr       week.ocr
[[email protected] crs]#ls -l
total 20256
-rw-r--r--    1 root     system      3457024 Feb 25 11:48 backup00.ocr
-rw-r--r--    1 root     system      3457024 Feb 25 11:48 day.ocr
-rw-r--r--    1 root     system      3457024 Feb 25 11:48 week.ocr
[[email protected] crs]#ls -lt
total 20256

通過備份，使用restore工具修複：
[[email protected] crs]#ocrconfig -restore /u01/crs_1/cdata/crs/day.ocr

[[email protected] crs]#ocrcheck
