Oracle故障分析ORA-01089

今天對測試庫發出shutdown immediate命令後觀察日誌發現如下內容：
Tue May 12 09:52:45 2015
SHUTDOWN: Active processes prevent shutdown operation
 
shutdown被活動的進程阻止了，Ctrl+C無法中斷當前回話，退出重連伺服器，開啟新的會話：
[Oracle@021Y-SH-BKAP ~]$ sqlplus  / as sysdba
SQL*Plus: Release 11.2.0.1.0 Production on Tue May 12 09:54:17 2015
Copyright (c) 1982, 2009, Oracle.  All rights reserved.
Connected.
SQL> shutdown immediate
ORA-24324: service handle not initialized
ORA-24323: value not allowed
ORA-01089: immediate shutdown in progress - no operations are permitted
SQL> startup abort
ORA-01031: insufficient privileges
