內容：

多一個字元原因:
用文字編輯器（notepad++）開啟test.txt文字檔

第一次選擇的是紅框的編碼，這樣讀出來的字串長度總是為28（莫名的多了一個字元），會報異常,因為第一個字元不是‘{’
第二次選擇的是藍框的編碼，這樣讀出來的字串長度就是27，和我們認為的長度一樣,也不會報異常

 1 ASOTest.handleDownTotal(downtotalCollection,line.substring(1));//line.substring(1)，排除第一個字元多出來的情況，JSONObject識別不到第一個字元為‘{‘
