我採用的是使用 Win32::Unicode, 不過 `cpan Win32::Unicode` 失敗, , 貌似是 Test 失敗.

 

用 `cpan -f Win32::Unicode` 試了一下, 還是安裝不上. 什麼鬼

 

又試了 Win32::API, 安裝好了, 但是還是解決不了亂碼問題

 

先放著吧. 解決了再來補上
