關於 Permission Denial: not allowed to send broadcast android.intent.action.MEDIA_MOUNTED from 錯誤原因，androidintent

當在Android4.4上進行圖片的掃描功能開發時一般會使用：sendBroadcast(new Intent(Intent.ACTION_MEDIA_MOUNTED, Uri.parse("file://"+ Environment.getExternalStorageDirectory()+ picPath)));的廣播

但因為Android4.4中限制了系統應用才有許可權使用廣播通知系統掃描SD卡，所以會報上面的錯誤。

解決方案：使用MediaScannerConnection執行具體檔案或檔案夾進行掃描
