fflush -重新整理輸出到一個檔案

描述
布爾fflush （資源$處理）
此功能部隊寫入所有緩衝輸出的資源所指向的檔案控制代碼。

參數

把柄
檔案指標必須有效，必須指向一個檔案成功開啟fopen （ ）或者fsockopen （ ） （和尚未關閉fclose （ ） ） 。


傳回值
返回TRUE或FALSE的成功失敗。
