在使用file_get_contents方法來擷取遠程檔案時會出現

[function.file-get-contents]: failed to open stream: HTTP request failed!

錯誤

解決方案是：修改php.ini 中的allow_url_fopen = On 這樣可以解決部分人的問題，

完美的解決方案還得修改user_agent="PHP"  ，將參數改為Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.0)

user_agent = "Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.0)"

類比瀏覽器就可以了；
