PHP中bom頭引發的超級血案-head中的靜態檔案產生到body裡面了

【問題現象】：php中產生html檔案時head中的靜態檔案產生到body裡面了，檢查了一下發現有很多的uft8的php檔案，其中有那麼幾個檔案存在有BOM頭的檔案。

【原因分析】：編碼格式錯誤，使用了utf-8的bom頭。

【解決方案】：在根目錄下建立一個bom.php檔案，並拷貝以下代碼進去，重啟服務即可
