1，時區問題

Warning: phpinfo() [function.phpinfo]: It is not safe to rely on the system's timezone settings. You are *required* to use the date.timezone setting or the date_default_timezone_set() function. In case you used any of those methods and you are still getting
this warning, you most likely misspelled the timezone identifier

解決辦法：找到php.ini，設定

date.timezone = ？如果是 ;date.timezone = ？去掉前面的;號。
=號後面的值可以設定為：PRC、Asia/Chongqing、Asia/Shanghai或Asia/Urumqi等試試。
如果是港台地區可以設定為：Asia/Macao 、Asia/Hong_Kong 或Asia/Taipei 等試試。
格式如：
date.timezone = PRC
