php漢字轉拼音首字母有關問題

php漢字轉拼音首字母問題。
程式運行後，發現字串中有些文字轉換不了。如果是單獨輸入這些字，直接去轉換可以讀取出拼音開頭字母。
在字串中就不行。程式碼如下：
