前幾天看到有人問PHP環境下如何建立檔案到指定目錄下，正好自己最近在學習，經過一翻測試，終於出結果了，貼出來與大家分享。
目錄結構：
代碼所在的檔案wwwroot/mydir/test/test.php
建立目錄：在wwwroot/mydir/下建立目錄testjiang123。
建立檔案：在wwwroot/mydir/testjiang123/下建立檔案test.html。
