php接收多選框資料問題

資料庫表有兩種一張儲存投票資訊，另一張儲存投票選項有三個欄位：option_id option_title option_click
選項中的value就是option_id
php接收多選框資料的時候是一個數組，而且多選框選中的個數是不確定的，怎麼處理這個數組，然後在相應的id裡點擊數加1
