php時間調用有關問題

php時間調用問題
對php編程一點不懂，請教：
想實現，*分鐘前（*小時前...），不知道怎麼編，在網上找到一段代碼，很好用，也很簡單：

但是這裡時間需要轉換為Unix時間戳記，也找到一段代碼：
