利用php類庫PHP QR Code來實現，不需要裝額外的php擴充
首先下載類庫包，有時候地址打不開
地址：http://phpqrcode.sourceforge.net/
下載：http://sourceforge.net/projects/phpqrcode/
使用時一般引入phpqrcode.php檔案即可
