以上代碼 基本就是一個完整的 讀取一個gif圖片，對其進行解碼，然後再編碼成gif圖片的完整過程了..
有了這個就可以在網上隨意抓取gif圖片然後進行修改。甚至直接用php就可以自己製作一些gif圖片.
