PHP驗證碼圖案沒法顯示

PHP驗證碼圖案無法顯示
下面captcha.php檔案運行時回報500錯誤, 不顯示驗證碼圖案
注掉這句"$_SESSION['pass_phrase'] = SHA($pass_phrase); "後,就不報錯並且可以顯示圖案了,什麼原因呢?
需要session儲存資訊要如何修改?

將header注釋掉運行看報什麼錯誤

改成：
$_SESSION['pass_phrase'] = SHA1($pass_phrase);
呢？
