這是一個很水的部落格, 介紹搭建plsql developer 8 + Oracle 11g 開發環境.

本機上安裝Oracle 11g express 對於開發足夠了, 300MB的下載檔案, 比正式版小多了. 一定要下載win 32bit版本(因為plsql developer 8是32bit的程式, 它要載入oracle的oci.dll, 所以及時用的是windows 64bit, 也一定要裝Oracle 11g express 32bit版)
