 註：  在使用 win7 編譯的時候，需要注意gcc 版本，ld 版本，libpq.dll 版本 win版本，要一至都是 64bit 或 32bit，

當寫 Makefile 檔案 出現 Creaeprocess failed 時，說明 rm 命令沒有找到，把rm 命令所在位置添加到path 裡面。
