1. 建立使用者

sudo -s -u postgres psql postgres# CREATE USER xxxx1 WITH PASSWORD ‘xxxx‘; postgres# CREATE DATABASE xxxx2; postgres# GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON DATABASE xxxx2 to xxxx1;

1. 修改密碼

   1	alter user postgres with password ‘foobar‘;

2. 建立資料庫

createdb--encoding=UTF8 --owner=foo --template=template_postgis -Ufoo 參數： --encoding=UTF8 設定資料庫的字元集 --owner=foo 設定資料庫的所有者 --tmplate=template_postgis 設定建庫的模板，該模板支援空間資料操作 --Ufoo 用foo使用者身份建立資料庫
