[問題解決] asp.net 中調用 Excel 出現以下提示: Old format or invalid type library.

操作Excel的時候出現的問題。

這個問題通常是因為安裝了英文版的office，但是作業系統的地區設定成非英文地區。

 

在具體的案例中，發現實際上是因為 web.config 中 globalization 設定的不正確。

 

因此，可以在調用的code出使用下面一段code
