為什麼不能使用$simple['book']['name'];這樣取值，只能使用$simple->book->name這樣呢。跪求大神解答下

因為是對象！
你不是也看到有 object(SimpleXMLElement) 嗎？
object(SimpleXMLElement) 表示是一個 impleXMLElement 類型的對象
