開啟檔案進行具體設定

使用方法，將這個程式傳到伺服器上，運行就可以了。
預設的資料儲存路徑為 rooms/ 目錄
調用時後加參數 room=房間名 ， 比如 chat.php?room=php，此時就程式就會自動建立 rooms/php.php 檔案來儲存資料
