Pycharm建立的virtualenv環境缺失pip.exe的問題（Windows系統）

Windows環境：

1. Python安裝在d:\Python\Python35下, Python新版本安裝時預設會勾選pip功能

2. PyCharm的Settings中Create VirtualEnv，指定環境目錄為d:\pwork\ENV

 

問題： 通過PyCharm的Settings中Create VirtualEnv存在缺少pip.exe檔案的問題，所以切換到ENV環境執行pip install ...時，python包就安裝到d:\Python\Python35\Lib\site-packages中去了，而不是在d:\pwork\ENV\Lib\site-packages中。

 

解決辦法：

1. 通過cmd命令列建立ENV環境就不會缺失pip.exe檔案。

2. 在PyCharm中建立的環境中安裝一下pip。
