XML處理： pip3 install lxml

文本處理：pip3 install requests

OpenSSL：pip3 install pyOpenSSL

twisted：https://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/#twisted 下載 Twisted-17.9.0-cp36-cp36m-win_amd64.whl 到D盤根目錄；

　　　　重新命名為：Twisted-17.9.0-cp36-none-win32.whl；因為可能會提示：Twisted-17.9.0-cp36-cp36m-win_amd64.whl  is not a supported wheel on this platform。

　　　　pip3 install D:\Twisted-17.9.0-cp36-none-win32.whl

Scrapy：先安裝twisted；因為可能會提示：error: Microsoft Visual C++ 14.0 is required. Get it with "Microsoft Visual C++ Build Tools"。

　　　　pip3 install Scrapy
