python：從任意格式的時間轉換為Unix時間戳記（Unix timestamp）

Unix timestamp：是從1970年1月1日（UTC/GMT的午夜）開始所經過的秒數，不考慮閏秒。

以25/Jul/2012:13:26:58為例

python程式：
