numpy安裝

：https://pypi.python.org/pypi/numpy（各取所需）

copy安裝目錄。eg:鄙人的D:\python3.6.1\Scripts

pip install ：eg: win+R ----->  CMD ---->    pip install D:\python3.6.1\Scripts\numpy-1.13.0rc2-cp36-none-win_amd64.whl

安裝成功：

同理：

安裝matplotlib

安裝scipy
