一、函數

定義函數： 

def fun_name(para_list):    coding

def fun_name(para_list):
    coding
    return xxx

使用函數，fun_name(para)

局部變數，全域變數與C的相同，函數內部的局部變數，檔案可見的，全域變數。

 二、模組

模組是函數的集合，先匯入再使用，import time    time.asctime()   

三、包

包：包含有多個模組  from PIL import image從PIL包中匯入image模組。
