Python:Fatal error in launcher: Unable to create process using pip.exe__Python

這兩天在網上了點Python的視頻，需要用安裝些第三方外掛程式，安裝外掛程式的方法一般有： python外掛程式安裝

easy_install package

pip install package

其中下面一種方式是上面方式的替代品，python2.7已經整合了pip。 安裝外掛程式報錯

昨天看了個使用beautifulsoup4解析網頁的教程，而beautifulsoup是個第三方外掛程式，所以需要使用以上方法安裝，Win7 64位系統報出如下錯誤：

Fatal error in launcher: Unable to create process using '""C:\Program Files (x86)\Python27\python.exe"" "C:\Program Files (x86)\Python27\Scripts\pip.exe" 

無法建立使用pip.exe建立進程，說白了就是無法啟動pip安裝外掛程式。 解決辦法

辦法1：

python -m pip install package

辦法2：
先升級pip

python -m pip install  -U pip

正常安裝

pip install package
