Windows官網下載 python-2.7.13.amd64.msi

預設會安裝pip，同是把設定環境變數也選中

安裝第三方包：

pip install pygame 

確認已經正確安裝的方法：1.完成後使用pip list 查看。2.在命令列進入python後，使用import pygame，沒有任何提示說明正確安裝。

查看python本身的安裝位置：

import sys; print sys.path

使用Editor

在http://www.jetbrains.com/pycharm/download/#section=windows下載community版本

常用設定；

1.縮放字型大小File>>Settings>>General>> 在右側勾選 change font size 。。。。

2.鍵盤配置。快速鍵Ctrl+~ 或者菜單View>>Quich Switch Scheme調出

3，檔案編碼。File>>Settings>>Editor>>>File Encodings

 

對於2.7的檔案，開頭加上編碼申明
