有關jsp中的response.sendRedirect()中文參數的問題

求助：有關jsp中的response.sendRedirect()的問題？？？

我在jsp中使用了下面這句：
response.sendRedirect("test.jsp?name=姓名&pwd=1111") ;
但，在test.jsp中擷取參數時，pwd可以正常獲得，而name
獲得的是亂碼。

然後我在這之前加了：
response.setContentType("text/html;charset=gb2312");
還試過其他一些有關中文亂碼的解決方案，都失敗。

解決：

String sURL="test.jsp?name=姓名&pwd=1111";
sURL=new String(sURL.getBytes("GBK"),"ISO8859_1");
response.sendRedirect(sURL);
