【Regex】檢測字串只包含數字、字母、底線、漢字

要驗證一下使用者名稱，只包含數字、字母、底線、漢字，要求即使打亂順序也能測出來

規則串：/^\w+$/u
適用於 utf-8 字元集，非 utf-8 的，轉成 utf-8 的再使用

'/^[\x7f-\xffA-Za-z0-9_]+$/'

全形的標點不當做漢字
