用回呼函數 test_print 列印數組 $fruits 的每個成員
相當於
foreach($fruits as $k=>$v) test_print($v, $k);

array_walk($fruits, 'test_alter','fruit');
用回呼函數 test_alter 給數組 $fruits 的每個成員的值的前面加上字串 'fruit.'
相當於
foreach($fruits as $k=>$v) $fruits[$k] = test_alter($v, 'fruit');


